Until May, the Museo de Bellas Artes de Valencia hosts an exhibition dedicated to the art and religious culture of the Valencian Cartujas. Through various pieces from museums, institutions and private collections, the show displays the important artistic legacy related with the five foundations of the order, Portaceli, Valldecrist, La Anunciata, Ara Christi and Via Coeli, and the cultural role played by the cartujas from the Middle Ages until the 19th century. The exhibition will proceed to the Museo de Bellas Artes de Castellón after it closes in Valencia.
