
Edmundo Ferrer is committed to finding olden-day Mediterranean flavours and aromas. Soups and stews are on offer every lunchtime (Valencia vegetable soup, beans, etc.), whilst the menu is bursting with intrepid dishes such as the warm lobster salad. Well prepared fish (especially the cod and sea urchin) and a wide offer of meat dishes, like bull with salt or lamb from Sacramenia (Segovia). One of the few places where they know how to make a good cocktail: Dry Martini, Cosmopolitan, Manhattan, etc...
