Two brothers, Juan Carlos and Vicente Alberto, unite a long tradition of various generations of confectioners and have recovered the old-fashioned Valencian art of cake-making. They have won the National Prize for Artisan Confectionery and have a wood-fuelled oven; the same they use to bake the pumpkins that their clients form large queues to buy.
