
A new establishment that offers a daring and brilliant menu, where fusion cuisine prevails. The starters have a French influence (onion soup with homemade bread, duck magret with tunisian fritters...) or Italian influence (focaccia with egg and vegetables, beef carpaccio on grape bread), but the main dishes are an exercise of fusion with Argentinian meat, Iberian pork in lentils, cod with a Portuguese touch, or the plural dish of sauteed spinach with fresh mackerel tempura and citric cous cous.
