You could not be in a better place: the lower floor of the new Veles e Vents building that has distinguished the America’s Cup, by English architect David Chipperfield.  The restaurant follows the architect’s minimalist aesthetics and white lines, with in-keeping furniture by the Gandía Blasco brand. It offers joyful cooking and reasonable prices backed by a professionalism that can be accredited by the group’s career, created by Carmen Topete and Isabel Ma Alfaro, with her children, Ochoa and Ariño.
