
Fudd is the latest trend to storm to city. The unification of two leading restaurant experts, Ricardo Gadea from Askua and Ricard Camarena from Arrop in Gandia, has yielded impressive results based on an innovative formula: a trendy design (created by Julio Guixeres) and cuisine rooted in Valencia’s traditions whilst embracing modern techniques, textures and concepts. The result is fantastic: a different, 4-course menu every day for just 20 Euros. Incredible, but true.
