
The menu in this restaurant opens with the sentence, “My philosophy is to cook for thirty friends”. Indeed, after entering through the hallway with its opulent library, it is impossible not to feel immediately comfortable here. Nevertheless, guests are not only delighted by Ferran Adrià’s books, but also by his cuisine: avant-garde Spanish omelette, martini jelly with cockles...signature cuisine rooted in creativity, whilst still embracing classic cooking.
