This new sushi bar is a splendid reflection of minimalist simplicity. A few tables, a small bar, and meticulous service. What you see is what you get, and vice versa. Some of the delights on offer include seaweed salad with spicy sesame oil, aubergine brochette with miso sauce, tuna maskis, smoked eel nigiris and sashimi.
